Sanjay Bhansali, Ekta Kapoor, and two others make appearance in court under Sushant Suicide case

A hearing on a revision suit filed on the charge of plotting the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput was heard in the court of ADJ One, in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, on Thursday. During this time, advocates of accused filmmakers Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ekta Kapoor, Bhushan Kumar and Sajid Nadiawal appeared in the court. On behalf of Bhansali, advocate Saroj Kumar and on the behalf of the remaining three filmmakers, advocate Priyaranjan alias Annu appeared in court. An advocate has appeared for Bhansali for the first time. 

LiveHindustan reports that the court has fixed December 9 for the next hearing. In the past, filmmakers were given a notice for the absence. On August 14, advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed a revision suit in the District and Sessions Court against eight film personalities, including Salman. Earlier, a complaint was filed in the CJM court in July. On July 8, the CJM court dismissed the complaint citing the incident as out of the jurisdiction. The advocate filed a revision suit against this order.
