FIR on the BJP candidate from Naharkatiaganj

Rashmi Verma’s brother-in-law Ashish Verma has filed an FIR against the BJP candidate from Narkatiaganj assembly, in the city police station for fraudulently selling land. In the FIR, the Director of Aditya Super Infratech Pvt Ltd, a resident of Dhumnagar village of Jagdishpur police station area, has also nominated Vrijesh Kumar, a former candidate from West Champaran parliamentary constituency, Mathura Singh, a resident of Shikarpur police station, and Dr. Namit Kumar of Bettiah Purani Gudri.

He has alleged that his share of land has been fraudulently sold. Ashish Verma is originally a resident of DK Shikarpur. His immediate brother late Alok Verma. Ashish Verma had gotten land in Ujjain Tola of Bettiah Nagar under the mutual partition. At the time of rejecting the filing of the land, Rashmi Verma also gave a no-objection letter. After that, the landholding was established in the name of Ashish Verma.

Here, on January 28, 2020, Rashmi Verma fraudulently sold the same land to Vrijesh Kumar. The witness in the sale is Mathura Singh and the identifier is Dr. Namit Kumar. Here, Rashmi Verma says that the fraud charges are baseless. Vrijesh Kumar says that the land is an ancestral land of Rashmi Verma. She paid and registered for it. Rakesh Kumar Bhaskar, the police station officer said that the police are investigating the case by registering a case.
