Bihar Election: Rahul Gandhi addresses the rally at Valmikinagar

Rahul Gandhi reached Valmikinagar as part of the campaign work for the second phase of Bihar Assembly Election 2020. He addressed the gathering. After this, he has left for Kusheshwarsthan in Darbhanga. Let me tell you that Rahul Gandhi was going to address the meeting at 2 pm in Gyaspur Satighat in the Darbhanga district. But people are waiting because of the delay in the meeting. The rally address by Rahul Gandhi went on as his helicopter in Valmikinagar at 01: 07 pm. In his address, he mentioned the farmers of Bihar who are upset with this government since their crop is not getting the right price. He said that  Gandhiji did not go to Haryana, did not go to Punjab, came to Champaran. He knew the pain of the people here. Attacking the government on unemployment, Rahul Gandhi said that the youth of Bihar knows that employment cannot be found in Bihar, and that is the reason they go to other places. He also questioned the lockdown imposed in the entire country by the Central Government, said no time was given to people and it deeply disturbed the public in many ways. He also commented on demonetization, said that demonetization and lockdown, both were imposed with the same goal, to ruin people’s businesses. He ended his address at 1:50 pm and at 1:55 pm his helicopter flew to Darbhanga for another address, reports Jagran.

Comprehensive settlement of security 

Authorities have made elaborate security arrangements for today’s Rahul Gandhi election rally in Daunaha, West Champaran. Superintendent of Police, Kiran Kumar Jadhav reached the venue on Tuesday and checked it. After the inspection, the SP said that extensive security arrangements have been made at the venue. The police are keeping a special watch to prevent any anti-social elements from reaching here. The SP asked the SDPO present on the spot to keep an eye on the rumble. Along with this, SP also gave necessary directions to Daunaha Police Station President Shambhu Sharan Gupta. Earlier, SDPO Kailash Prasad and SDM Shekhar Anand inspected the grounds of Daunaha Middle School. The SDM said the proposed site for the helipad has been reshuffled. The Congress candidate Rajesh Singh and many others were present at the site of the address.
