The secretary of the Bihar Cricket Association was caught 3 days ago in Patna while he was drunk. It is worth noting that there is a complete prohibition on the sale of liquor in Bihar, but still, the buying and selling of liquor is being done openly just like the old times. Home delivery of liquor is being done in every small and big city of Bihar including Patna. The liquor ban imposed with good intentions has become a major source of income for the police. Every year hundreds of millionaires are being born with all the black money they earn from the illegal liquor business.
