After the ruckus being made by students in Bihar for the last few days regarding Railway Group D and NTPC examinations, a new twist came to light when many people including famous coaching operator and YouTuber Khan Sir at Patrakar Nagar police station in Patna. But the case was registered. Manoranjan Bharti, Station House Officer of Patrakar Nagar Police Station, Patna, has registered a case at Patrakar Nagar police station on his own statement. Police Inspector Manoranjan Bharti of Bihar Police Service has discussed in the FIR that after rioting at the Rajendra Nagar Terminal in Patna and on the road in front of it, some students were taken into custody and interrogated and many revelations were made.
According to the statement of the SHO, Kishan Kumar age 21 years, Rohit Kumar age 23 years, Rajendra Kumar, Vikram Kumar told in the course of interrogation that Khan sir, SK Jha sir, Naveen sir, Amarnath sir, Guidance has been given by Gagan Pratap Sir, Gopal Varma Sir and the operators of various coaching institutes of the market committee. If the police did not come, then we had come here trying to sabotage and riot.
Regarding Khan sir of Patna, these students told the police that in a video of Khan sir which is also on social media, Khan sir had said that if the NTPC exam is not canceled again, we will take the students everywhere. The students caught in the course of interrogation told that apart from us, Naresh of Shiv Shakti Nagar Bahadurpur, Nagesh, Vikas, Khesari, Mrityunjay, Baleshwar, Vishal, Pankaj, Suraj Vikas, Chhotu, Mukesh, and my others of Patel hostel in this incident friends and 3 hundred to 4 hundred students were involved.
Police have registered a case against Khan sir of Patna and various coaching operators and unknown three to four hundred people including the four arrested persons. Sections 147, 148, 149,151,152,186, 187 of IPC for obstructing the road, humiliating the officers and policemen and obstructing the traffic and public way etc. Case has been registered under ,188,330,332, 353, 504,506,120B.
