Tejashwi comments on delay in cabinet expansion; Says state at loss over a rift between JDU and BJP

In Bihar, Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Prasad Yadav again attacked the Nitish government on Saturday. Tejashwi Yadav, who came to meet Vidhan Sabha Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha, told the media that the people of Bihar are suffering losses in the BJP-JDU fight.

Regarding the expansion of the cabinet, he said that the chief minister should tell whose job it is to form a cabinet. The Governor appoints on whose recommendation. He repeated that there is a mid-term election in Bihar.

The Leader of Opposition said that the NDA government had promised 19 lakh jobs. But how and when the statement will turn to reality, there is no sign of anything. He said that even after a long time since the government was formed, the work of the government was being completely disrupted due to the non-expansion of the cabinet. On the question related to the Dhanyawad Yatra, Tejashwi Yadav said that its date has not been finalized yet. After Makar Sankranti, the party leaders will decide together. On meeting the Vidhan Sabha Speaker, he said that he had gone to greet the new year.

Looking at the present situations in the NDA, it is not wrong to talk about the mid-term elections: Shivanand
RJD vice-president Shivanand Tiwari has said that the inside talk hardly comes out from the mouth of Nitish Kumar. Those who know him are well aware of this. It is said that he himself made public the fact that the name for the expansion of the cabinet has not yet been received by the BJP, hence the extension is stalled. He also said that before this, where did we delay so much in the formation of the cabinet. Mr. Tiwari said that in the circumstances in the NDA, it is not wrong to talk about mid-term elections.

He said that publicly disclosing this by Nitish Kumar shows that he is feeling uneasy due to this delay. The current cabinet has 14 members including the Chief Minister. Every minister has several departments. Being new, they also have less experience. In such a situation, the work of governance and administration is bound to be affected.

It was said that the way the BJP in-charge of Bihar and other leaders first met JDU President RCP Singh and then Nitish Kumar, it seemed that the way for cabinet expansion has been cleared. It is said that there are reports of Chirag Paswan getting a place in the expansion of the Union Cabinet. In these circumstances, it seems that everything is not going well in the NDA.
